Some Browncoats donated copies of Firefly and Serenity for the ISS to keep in their permanent collection. They went up there last week. (h/t Bad Astronomy and Bloggity)
After Whedonesque mentioned this, Joss himself popped onto the thread and confirmed the presence of the R. Tam Sessions and new key art, new key art, and new key art.
This one’s making its way rapidly around my LJ flist. If you’re a Firefly fan, do not have liquids in your mouth while watching.
Walking up the hill from Bothell Landing tonight, I heard Ael saying behind me, “Ow, ow, ow…” Looking back over my shoulder, I said, “Define ‘ow’.“
Without missing a beat, she said, “Oh God, oh God, I’m gonna die?”
My co-worker Kelly tells me that for Stargate SG-1’s hundredth episode, they did a show about a program called Wormhole X-Treme, which was a parody of SG-1 created by someone receiving memory leakage from the SG-1 team (or something like that).
For the 200th episode, they’re returning to Wormhole X-Treme. Apparently, it was canceled after only three episodes, but the DVDs sold so well that they’re making a movie out of it. *innocent look*
Ok, this is just evil. Pepe the King Prawn as the Operative? Beaker as River? *runs screaming in pain*
Thanks-I-think go to Laura.
