Neat storage robot
Scoble links to Drobo, which goes one better on RAID. You can have up to 4 drives in the system, and replace them on the fly. They also don’t have to be the same size. If one or two drives fail, you can just replace them without losing data: if you’re filling up the system, you can just replace an existing drive with a bigger one.
