When I read that Sound Transit wanted to build a parking garage for the Bothell Transit Center, I kind of figured that they were going to put it at the existing Park and Ride.
Maybe I should try reading the fine print more often.
The Bothell Landmark Preservation Board will be reviewing the application for the Tridor Building at its public meeting (not public hearing) on November 15, at 7:30. The meeting will be held at the Dawson Building, 9654 NE 182 Street. According to the email I received:
In order to promote compliance with the regulations in this subsection, any development proposal within the CBSD which would exceed the threshold for categorical exemptions under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) shall be submitted to the Bothell landmark preservation board for review and comment in a public meeting prior to any grading or building permits being issued.
