Hijacked Quarter voting reopens

Since some idiots thought they could stuff the ballot without getting noticed, the voting for the Washington State Quarter design has reset to the beginning.

This is actually a good thing, as it let me change my vote from 2, which looks like every single other quarter, to 3, which is distinctive.

Leviticus 19:33-34:
