When I left home, I lived for a couple of years in Orono, Maine, home of the University of Maine. I even ran for Town Council there, though coming in 6th out of 6 candidates.
Donna just forwarded me a link from the Bangor Daily News talking about the town’s 200th birthday celebration, including 200 birthday cakes. :-)
Last time I got Scobleized, most of the links came directly from his site. This time around, I’m getting a pretty good mix of links from his main site, the individual post, and various aggregrators. (You can find the link to see this for yourself fairly easily, I’m not going to make it easier for the referral spam types…)

Hey, Robert, did you catch my Valkyrie link the other day? I hadn’t heard of it before, despite my love for high-speed planes (I pulled my elder daughter out of Kindergarten early to watch the Concorde come in to Boeing Field for the last time).
I created this VFP Intellisense script a while back to save me some typing: it adds a column to the FoxPro table I’m currently working with.

I just added myself to the Distributed BoingBoing project, to work around “Smartfilter”’s identification of BoingBoing as a nudity site. If you have some spare bandwidth, I urge you to install the script yourself and fight stupidware. :-)
