Someone has figured out how to spoof domain names using homographs in non-Latin character sets. The amusing/annoying thing is that IE doesn’t fall for the spoof: only the supposedly-more-secure Mozilla-based browsers (plus a couple of others) do.

She wants to know if Firefox, and other open source projects, have the same kind of customer-facing “why we do this” blogs that have been coming out of Microsoft. And, more importantly, how to find them.

(Note: this is my rephrasing of her question: any mischaracterization is mine, not hers.)
